CONSIDER THIS..... You have to crawl before learning to walk. Therefore, you must learn how to use and navigate WINDOWS before you can properly benefit from any of the special programs which you bought for the computer to operate in the first place. 

This is where my Training & Tutorial Services come into play. WINDOWS -- the most used operating system (OS) on the market today, is the basis on which all other programs operate on a WINDOWS computer. One must first learn the basics of the operating system. My job, firstly, is to teach the basics of that operating system. 

Commonly, the prevailing "frame of mind" is... "I just need to learn how to use my special software ... and I'll be OK!" However, more often than not, new computer users flounder helplessly in both the operating system and the special software because they are lacking in the proper knowledge of basic WINDOWS -- thereby limiting, often seriously, the full and proper potential of the special software or program. 

Whether you run a business or not, productivity is important. To gain that productivity, you (and/or your staff) must have a solid understanding of Windows. The same applies to those that are comfortable with the computer but are new to the Internet. 

Experience has shown me that those who step out and buy training soon after getting a computer or going on-line to the Net -- are less likely to be limited by the natural and all too common fear of the technology. The cost of any training will pay for itself over and over again through the increased productivity gained by that training.
